Coaching can happen in multiple ways accommodating whichever avenue you feel most comfortable with. Want to meet one on one in person? How about via Facetime or Skype? We
can also make it happen over the phone. You will achieve the best results where you are most comfortable so keep that in mind as we begin working together.

Some women know exactly what they want to be coached on coming into the first session, some think they have an idea and then it turns into coaching on a completely different topic which they didn’t realize that’s actually what they truly wanted, and yet others come in having no clue what they want or what’s got them so stuck. All of these scenarios are more than okay! That’s exactly what I’m here for. I’ll help you sort through it all and we’ll get rolling to get you unstuck, unblocked, and moving on to lasting loving change!

The first session we do together is a discovery session. This type of session is a bit longer than the ones that follow. This is where we dig deep; understand what’s going on, where the passion lies, and how we are going to propel you forward on the journey of your very own love story.

• If you do nothing, imagine where you will be in just 1 year from now. Odds are things will not be much better and for most people they will be worse.
